Refund & Return Policy

At Oliver Knots, every crochet item is made with care. Because our products are handmade, we want you to be happy with your order and shopping experience.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • Unopened, where applicable
  • With any original packaging, tags, or accessories included

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at oliver.knots@outlook.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we may not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items that have been used, worn, opened, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
