Oliver Knots is a personal small business selling handmade crochet items.
Because our items are handmade, slight differences in size, shape, colour, or finish may occur. These small variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and make each item unique.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- Payment is not completed
- Information provided is incorrect
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- The item becomes unavailable
Processing and Shipping
Crochet items require 2–5 days to be made before shipping.
Shipping usually takes 3–6 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control.
Prices and Payments
All prices are shown on our store and may change at any time.
Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition it arrived.
